A Japanese movie that I picked up. It is essentially a mystery about a large number of suicides which are occuring throughout the city; I don't want to give away any more. It is definitely a must watch. I found it quite funny because of some of the low budget stuff, exploding blood for example. The movie also has one of the most fucked up scenes, that I think, that has ever been put on film.

The movie does have fucked up scenes, I'll give it that. Other than that, I thought it was rather stupid.

That scene probably comes in second for me. The number 1 most disturbing scene was with the highly sadistic homosexual blonde Japanese guy who had all sorts of animals tied up in white sheets. I think the guy who wrote in that scene was definitely watching a lot of Labyrinth, because that guy was essentially David Bowei, he even sang a song to the girl. Not to mention the elements from A Clockwork Orange, his gang was essentially Alex's gang, sadistic rapists.

Natsumi made me sit through this as well. Talk about twisted. Other than that I thought it was rather dull. There was a lot more I thpught that could have been done with it but it just fell short of both my and her expectations. She had been dying to see it for awhile but the copy at blockbuster was already rented out for like 4 weeks straight, then it finally comes in and we were let down.

She rented another japanese horror film. First part in a three part series. I'll get back to you all on how that went.
