Since I'm regulated to watching all my shows on a weekly basis, I decided to give a few more a shot:
1) Everybody Hates Chris
Not much more I can say then "meh". Not horrible, not hilarious, just there. If I have time to kill next summer, maybe I'll catch up. Right now, I got a lot more shows to try
2) My Name Is Earl
This show is freakin' hilarious. For those of you who don't know anything about it, it's about a petty thief named Earl Hickey who wins the lottery ($100k) then immediately gets hit by a car. He thinks it's karma (hey, Carson Daly invented it!) so he decides to make up for every bad thing he's done. He makes a list (259 items and growing) and decides to take car of one at a time (one or two an ep). The concept is pretty neat and it's just a fun show to watch. Not overly complex but well done. I like it. Of course, it's only been around for 4 weeks, so I'm regulated to that one week-to-week as well
3) Stargate SG-1
Believe it or not, I haven't seen any eps of this show other than the pilot. It was OK, kind of a made for TV direct sequel. I haven't really gotten into the show yet to have an opinion one way or another, but I"ve got 8 years of backlogged shows to see if it's good. Could be promising or completely crappy, I'll have to see.
Since I can't just watch SG-1 on my spare time, I'm going to check out a couple of Canadian shows that I keep hearing about: Trailer Park Boys and Corner Gas. Any shows you guys can think of that came out in the last few years that are good?
