  • During the summer, I tend to turn into an insomniac, it's 5:30 and I'm nice and awake, come around 8:00 when the sun comes out, I'll be sleepy. Any suggestions? *sigh*

  • Somehow, we still tolerate each other. Eventually this will be the only forum left.

<div style='font: 11pt Dominion; text-align: left; '>sleep less, that's what I do. Force yourself only the minimum hours of sleep you need to function properly for the day that will tire you out by the end of the day</div>

<div style='font: 10pt "EngraversGothic BT", "Copperplate Gothic Light"; text-align: left; '>Nope. 50mg generally puts you out for 8+ hours, though. 25mg is good if you have to go to work the next day in 8hrs or less. Tylenol has a Sleep-Aid with a 25mg dosage.</div>

<div style='font: 10pt georgia; text-align: left; '>If you take sleeping pills everyday for a long period of time, yes, it can become addictive, but if you take one every now and then because you cant sleep, its harmless</div>

<div style='font: 10pt verdana; text-align: left; padding: 0% 10% 0% 10%; '>Since Eric has insomnia, a every now and then solution probably won't help. Anyway, that's what I was after - is the drug addictive if you take it regularly.</div>

<div style='font: 10pt georgia; text-align: left; '>Yeah but it sounds like getting into a normal sleeping pattern is what he needs. When I had no job and wasnt in school, Id stay up till about 6am and sleep in till 3 or 4pm.</div>
