I called them about my MX700 keyboard/mouse wireless duo. My keyboard was acting up and it wouldn't work properly. Kept doing really weird shit so I had to unplug it. I called their customer service to ask what was wrong, we tried a bunch of things and after he couldn't get anything to work, he sent me a new one.....the LX700 (newer) duo for free :-)
