I just beat the game on normal with 100% completion of the journal. OMFG. The secret ending is something like this. You see the ansem reports scroling and it shows quotes from report 8, where he is saying how some say the keyblade saved the world, and some say it destroyed it. Then you flash to a wasteland, and you see someone wearing bulky, almost robotic looking armor, holding a MASSIVE keyblade over his shoulder. It pans out and you see Sora, Mickey, and Riku's keyblades stuck out of the ground. Others come and pick them up, and when the camera pans out, you see that there are THOUSANDS of keyblades sticking out of the ground. Then a bunch of words flash, and it says something about the keyblade war.
