Yo Seek and M'k'n'zy,

If you want to get a game going, I should be available tonight after 9 PM EST, possibly tomorrow night around the same time, and then I'll be busy all weekend. Seek's and my friend info is in the friend codes thread, so if M'k'n'zy, if you could post yours either in there or in here, we'll be good to go.

Sorry Seek, I ended up going out to dinner with my ultimate team after practice tonight and we just got home. Besides, we should probably wait until M'k'n'zy can get in on the action so it's not just you killing me over and over. :)

Ok that was fun as hell. We defidently need to do this again, and soon.

That was a lot of fun. We spent much more time on the voice chat though than the actual game =P

Alright, I would have to say the best thing that I did in that series of games was the headshot at the very end of the last game that turned out to be the game winner =)

In short, me and Mac started out playing and then Agent jumped in at some point. 3 Players Prime Hunters mode is definately the most fun I think I have ever had with an online multiplayer game. The alternative forms thing in Prime really adds a lot to the game.

Damn straight. Good times were had by all, especially in that second game where I had the most kills, yet came in last in Prime Hunter time. Hooray for having your priorities backwards! :)

Any of you slackers with DSes that don't have this game, you need to get in on this action. Especially with the whole voice chat deal - I think we spent more time chatting than we did playing, actually. Heh.

Yeah, I can't wait to do this again! =)

How Prime Hunter's essentially works is that the first person to kill another becomes the "Prime Hunter" and HP drains at a rate of about 1 point every 0.5 seconds or so. Killing another Hunter will gain you 100 extra hit points, that is the only way to get more hit points since the Prime Hunter cannot pick up any health. The person that reaches the goal (which we had at 2 minutes) first is the winner. More often than not, no one is the Prime Hunter, since if the HP depletes on the Prime Hunter, then it is back to square 1.

Essentially what my strategy was is I would rush in and deal damage in my alternative form, then head back to the power sources to max out my HP. Then I would as quickly as possible try to take them out from the distance, hold onto the Prime Hunter Status for as long as I could before dying. It didn't always work out for me. It turned out to be a winning strategy in the end.

We are all very close in skill level (in comparison to the guys I have played recently). I have a bit of an edge, at this point, because I have played several hours with the multiplayer mode already.

Yes, Prime Hunters was defidently badass ^_^ And you never did IM me on MSN like you were supposed to ^_^.

We defidently did spend more time on the voice chat than we did playing, but it was all good, guess we had a lot to talk about. Now if there was chat during the games....that would be just wow.

D'oh on the fired, man. If you happened to be dismissed in a less than satisfactory manner, may I suggest the Walmart prank as inspiration (or at least something to cheer you up)?

Also, I should be available to play Hunters just about any weeknight this week, with the possible exception of Thursday. Mac, do me a favor and PM me your AIM name again - I forgot to add you to my buddy list the other night because I'm an idiot - so that we can discuss logistics even if you guys are already playing.

I have actually been meaning to put my AIM and MSN names back on here, I stoped using them for a while, that is the only reason I got rid of em.

Hey, it happens...but if you weren't home, that means that somebody else was using your computer last night to browse the Shrine. Just FYI.

Seek and I ended up mucking around for a bit - we tried the Bounty gametype, where you have to find Octoliths strewn around the level and and bring them back to a dropoff point, which I lost at completely because I didn't know the level; we did a Battle in one of the larger maps which I ended up winning 3-2 due to an Imperialist headshot; and then order returned to the world when we had another Battle in Combat Room and Seek completely smoked me.

Shall we try again tonight? Mac, do you want to see if your friend Jeff can join us so we can get a four-player game going?

Also, what time is best? Seek is in the Atlantic time zone, I'm in Eastern, and Mac is in Central. I'd prefer another 9PM for Mac/10 PM for me/11 PM for Seek game, but I can push that back an hour if it means we all have a better chance of getting it together in the first place.

What say you guys?

I probally just never closed the browser and left the shrine open in one of the tabs.

And Jeff doesnt get off work till 11pm CST, and the soonest he could be here is about midnight so he probally couldnt make it. But that should work ok for me time wise.

Well, the Shrine only shows you "online" or "browsing this forum" if you've visited (i.e. clicked on/refreshed) the page within the last 10 minutes or something. *shrug*

So, that's two of us on board for 9PM CDT/10PM EDT. How about you, Seek - you going to be around at 11?

I love it. Four players, four different time zones!

Okay, so Seek's the latest, I'm an hour behind him, Mac's two hours, and Derith is four hours back. On a weeknight, I can usually do 11/10/9/7 or 12/11/10/8, but I won't be able to go any later than that. On Fri/Sat I can go just about any time.

If we play that late, I can go just about any day this week. How 'bout the rest of you? When's our next game?
