• Huge list of upcoming DS games includes...Phoenix Wright 2!

 • Because playing them is not enough, we have to bitch about them daily, too. We had a Gameplay forum, but it got replaced by GameFAQs.

*does happy dance*

Somebody pulled a fact sheet from Nintendo's press website that has a ginormous list of upcoming DS games, most notable of which was Phoenix Wright 2 in October (which I will be buying right at release this time, instead of waiting until they run out of stock and frantically trying to order it online). Joystiq has the full list here.

Aside from PW2 and Mega Man ZX, I have to say that the next game that jumped out at me the most, interestingly enough, was Risk/Battleship/Clue/Connect 4/Trouble/Sorry, also coming in October. Six classic board games on one cart, with local wireless multiplayer and possibly WFC multiplayer? Sign me the hell up!

The others I'm interested in are:

Castlevania: Portrait of Ruin
Point Blank
Mario vs Donkey Kong 2
Starfox DS
Zelda: Phantom Hourglass
SNK vs Capcom card battle game
Dragon Quest
FF3

Too many freakin' games for that system.....

PHOENIX WRIGHT 2!??! WHOOOOOOOOOOOOOO!!!!!

That's all I can say, I absolutely LOVE the first one!

Oh yeah, Castlevania: Portrait of Ruin looks BEYOND awesome. I am not entirely sure yet, but it could very well be that blend of old school and contemporary Castlevania gameplay that fans have been looking for for years now.

Wait a minute...the Capcom announcement says that it won't be out until Q1 2007.

Aw, poopy!

(A childish sentiment deserves a childish way of expressing it. :))

Well, I think a year and a half between the original and the sequel is fair; but very upsetting at the same time.... If they released one of these every 4-6 months, I would buy one every 4-6 months.
