Mega Man reborn?

Apparently, there's a new Mega Man game coming for the DS that's supposed to bring elements of the Battle Network and X/Zero series' together:

This is also apparently NOT Mega Man ZX. It's an official announcement, so no rumours.

Since Inticreates is making ZX, I doubt they've the time or manpower to be making another Megaman game, and there hasn't been a good Megaman game not made by Inticreates since around MMX4. I guess you can say the Battle Network games are okay but they play more like a RPG than a Megaman game.

Speaking of DS, is there a working emulator yet? I saw the trailer for ZX and it seems like even though it's a spinoff of a spinoff of a spinoff, it might still go somewhere.
