There was not really anything interesting rockwise, I think Nickelback came out with something, but I haven't heard anything of it. There has been some good hip hop though, and also some putrid hip hop. I really like Nickelback, Leader of Men was a great song. I am going to link to it right now just because: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=eYRlEYX4ad0

Might as well throw in How You Remind Me: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=X_Cfvj4Avfo

Nelly Furtado is who I liked best this year.

Promiscuous was, in my opinion, the top song of the year. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=0CBKYaNYl3M

Probably the #1 single of the year, it hit the top of the charts back in January, and then again for six weeks during the summer.

She followed it up this fall with the single Maneater which I also find really good. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=z0fDor7qIAM

Too bad Youtube can't really do this type of music justice.

Anyways, the musician (and I use this term loosely) that I disliked the most this year was Sean Paul, he deserves to be executed for this crime. He has the most annoying and monotone voice of anyone I have heard in years.

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=T59c-F2Uqs4 Temperature, makes me want to vomit.

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=QL58wtHK-M0 Give it up to me, makes me want to crawl out of my skin and strangle his record producers. This guy can't sing! Someone shoot him!

I am not over-reacting, this guy causes me migraines. I don't know why, but I suspect it is a bad frequency in his monotone voice, or just because the music is plain terrible.

I still have to listen to the new Tupac album, Mp3's all have this strange protection on it so they just sound like a bunch of squeeling. That song earlier with Ice Cube, Lil John, and Snoop Dogg was fairly good too, but it doesn't have the same impact as his older stuff (I really loved Today Was a Good Day, one of my favourite songs from that era in rap).
