I think the PS3 does look better in some instances, but sometimes it is hardly noticeable. I would point out some specifics, but i want you all to be unbiased and see them for yourselves! Both of them kick the crap out of what the Wii can do.

Really no difference, IMO. In some instances the 360 looked slightly better and some the PS3 looked better. Of course, this really doesn't mean anything, Oblivion is pretty much maxed out on both systems and will look similar. The PS3 still has more power potential.

360 is in second-gen right now with PS3 in first-gen games.

My bud at Ubisoft says that games that are made specifically for PS3 can look better but games that are ported to it will look same or worse than the 360. Let's see when MGS4 and FF13 are out vs Halo 3.
