Bring The Sky Down!...or don't?
You'll land on an asteroid that is not unlike any other planet in the game. The objective is to stop a Batarian plot to crash the asteroid into Terra Nova, the second-largest off-Earth human colony. You'll fight a lot of Batarians... a LOT. They pretty much act like any other bipedal meatbags you'll fight throughout the game, this time supported by drones and uh... some kind of dog things (name escapes me).
All told, it lasts about as long as Bioware said it would: between one and two hours. There are a couple of decent decisions to make. I took the goody-goody paths to go along with my Paragon bitch. Completing the quest nets you 50 gamer points. And while the whole of it is not nearly as deep as most of the story planets (closest to the one where you get Liara), there's more to do here than any of the non-story planets.
If you liked ME, and you think $5 is worth an hour or two of new gameplay, download away.
