SimCity: Creator
In short it seems to be a vast improvement over SimCity societies, it takes what worked in that game, and scraps the rest for what worked in previous games, and then adds more stuff in.
This SimCity game actually quite interests me. First of all, they have the day and night feature from Sim City 4, but they have also brought back Seasons which was a really cool feature unique to the SNES version of SimCity. It is supposedly very open ended in comparison to previous SimCity titles, but still has a flow of play. There are multiple themes throughout the game; Ancient Egyptian, Roman, etc... You start your city off in ancient times and then work your way throughout history into futurte times, similar to previous SimCities, I think everyone here has played SimCity 2000 where you start in 1950 and work your way up to the future.
For the firtst time too, players will be able to draw roads/tracks onto the map (rather than the previous grid formula).
There are also hero buildings as well, when different themes are used they become available. Other than that, there are not a lot of details available for this game, but so far I am quite looking forward to it.
