<div style='font: 12pt ; text-align: left; '>Look at the decision again. It basically says yeah we think piracy is bad but you can't be the one busting people up, so just sit tight until Congress figures something out. That is quite expected. It also has almost nothing to do with the viewpoints commonly expressed by those who dislike RIAA. I have never heard of any person who is against the RIAA told me that RIAA is bad because it attempts to overstep its authority as a commericial entity and take the law into their own hands. No I hear stuff like 'why should they charge money for their lousy music' or 'I'm doing this to help artists they exploited' or 'P2P is something I should be able to'. This court ruling rightfully puts RIAA at where they belong, a commericial entity that awaits the Congress to decide what is right. But it's not a victory for those who oppose RIAA because that is surely not what you claim to oppose RIAA for.

If RIAA loses ultimately, would people who oppose it even know why they won?</div>

<div style='font: 9pt ; text-align: left; '>Because I don't like RIAA's underhanded and illegal tactics in not only persecuting downloaders but also in monopolizing the market. If the government splits up the RIAA like they did to Pac Bell but finds a more efficient way of tracking down illegal downloaders, I'll still sleep like a baby that night.</div>

<div style='font: 11pt "Fine Hand"; text-align: left; '>What RIAA and the Amani suits of the record industry doesn't understand is that the reason why people are buying less albums is not coz of Kazaa, it's the crappy bands they pimp to us. I ain't buyin' crap. I'll spend my money on a DVD movie for the same price.</div>

<div style='font: 9pt ; text-align: left; '>Because to say that I'm stupid for buying a CD from a band that I thoroughly enjoy instead of spending several hours downloading music over my 56K plus some more hours looking for the more obscure songs is just... stupid.</div>
