<div style='font: 9pt Arial; text-align: left; '>On Friday I received my Simpsons Seasons 4 and 5 DVD sets, but the 4th Season set was defective (3 out of 4 of the disc holders were broken). So I sent them an email asking them if it was possible to exchange the item for a new one. I was only expecting a yes or no answer, and even if they said yes, I assumed that they would just tell me to go through a series of links to get to their return policy. To my surprise, they went ahead and ordered me a new set, free of shipping charges(which has already been sent, BTW). Not only that, they gave me a postage paid form to print out so I can send the broken set back to them for free.
