<div style='font: 9pt ; text-align: left; '>I think it's mission 14. You're on a little island in the middle of the map and your goal is to protect a missle unit for 10 days. Sounds easy, huh? Pfft! There's only one little bridge leading to the rest of the map and no air units, so that's not the problem. The problem is the 2 subs and 2 battle cruisers in the waters around you. Of course, you can only see the one battle cruiser to begin with, the others won't pop up until about day 3. You have one battle cruiser, 2 subs, and 2 landing units in the water. On that little island, you've got one Md Tank, one regular tank, one recon unit, one rocket unit and I think it was one infantry unit (not including the useless missle unit you're protectingg). Basically, you take out the battle cruisers and you're set, the tanks and the rockets will take care of what's coming down the bridge. Remember, you can only see one of the battle cruisers to begin with and neither of the subs, so by the time you figure out they're there, at least one of the subs is gone, which puts your battle cruiser in trouble with the enemy having two subs of its own. Of course, all of the enemy units were on one side of the island, so once I split up my forces to find out what's on the other side, I was toast. They converged on my cruiser and took it out before I could get the other sub over. It's like you HAVE to lose the first time. As usual, they acted like they could see me completely and I was the only one with the FoW. Oh, did I mention I'm fighting a naval specialist who's power is to take one hit point away from all your units and his naval units are much more powerful with a much farther range than mine?

I really think the FoW levels would be great in a head-to-head battle, but the way the computer uses them, the only person at a disadvantage is the player.</div>

<div style='font: 10pt "arial narrow"; text-align: left; padding: 0% 5% 0% 5%; '>Just put the missle unit on one of the loading ships and escort it with all of your navy (subs in dive mode, of course) toward the northeast shore. Your land units aren't important, but the rockets can be used to hit Drake's battleship(s). I think there's only one or two enemy ships between your starting point and that northern shore I was talking about, and the ones south of your base shouldn't be able to catch up to your loading ship. You just need to hide the ship carrying the missle unit in a reef, and the comp won't be able to see it until he's right beside it. I think I passed about 6 turns with it set in a reef until it was discovered, then I dropped the missles on the shore with either the infantry or mid tank guarding it.

Er... I think that's clear. I'm kind of out of it right now.</div>

<div style='font: 9pt ; text-align: left; '>I only had the missle unit and my Md Tank left, but it seemed to work. I'm not sure if you saw all the ships he had in the sea, but he had 2 Battleships, 3 subs, and 2 cruisers. That's nuts. The rocket unit and my two subs took out a lot, but there's just too many. Believe it or not, the landers actually acted as good recon units :-)

The levels aren't that hard generally speaking, but where I am now, you can expect to die once on a level before you can figure things out. The level after that one (the air battle) was actually easy as hell.</div>

<div style='font: 9pt ; text-align: left; '>I'm on the final mission and you've played enough of it to make an informed judgement. Try and tell me with a straight face that the AI doesn't have an uncanny ability to flush you out in the FoW level....</div>

<div style='font: 12pt ; text-align: left; '>Shit, no kidding. But I think it does that to compensate for the not-so-bright AI. Granted, it's challenging if given an open space, but the AI can't secure a bridge to save it's life.</div>
