I think it's really getting to the point of trying the best that I can to not support the guy in his movies. The Scientology bullshit is getting more annoying and dangerous than Travolta.

Scarlett Johansson was close to getting a lead part in M:I3. She ran, RAN I tell ya, when she heard that part of the contract involved going to Scientology meetings. Meanwhile, the one who took the part (Lohan) has been spotted going to these meetings and buying a Dienetics book.

Well, Lindsay Lohan's already a bit nuts. From what I hear, she may not have had the most grounded home life to begin with (Dad's in prison), and it's been rumored for awhile she's having serious eating issues. My mom will buy Star magazine no matter how much I badger her to the contrary, and reading it you can see a lot of photos where her ribs are visible and the like. While I sympathize with those who have eating disorders (supposedly it's very, very hard), I can't imagine eating poorly is improving her state of mind. I read something where she pulled some sort of celebrity arrogance on an amusement park employee who was trying to tell her to do something, and she's starting feuds with other celebs.

Scarlett Johanssen seems like a far more grounded starlet to me.
