Just a content post, because we don't post as often as we could =P
Because I can't cook worth shit, but I'm very experimental in the kitchen with anything that I can make in less than 10 minutes.
My cheap, easy meal:
* about 2 cups of frozen veggies (I like broccoli, carrot, and cauliflower) - I get these large bags at the grocery store that are dirt cheap.
* 1 pack of Mr. Noodles
* 1-2 teaspoons of onion powder
* 1-2 teaspoons of ground ginger (the powder stuff)
* A sprinkle of chives
* Some diced tofu cooked 8-10 minutes in the air fryer
* Hot water
* Habanero sauce
* Like 1/2 a row of crushed soda crackers.
The ginger, carrots, msg, and onion powder combine for a nice flavour that carries throughout everything else. The soda crackers give it a bit of texture and also add to the flavour—the hot sauce for the zing. I usually leave a bunch of the tofu until the end, it sucks up all the flavour, and the hot water also changes the texture.
Also, 1 shot of rye whisky + 1 mug of black coffee is like steroids for creativity.
