I took off the Vinyl top about 3 months ago revealing a very thick layer of rust. I sanded most of it off and sanblasted the rest. Primered the top and have been driving it like that since. I need to now pop out my windows and get any rust that may be around the weather stripping. That happens this week, along with putting in a new headliner. I also am getting the top bondoed (sp?) because the rust did eat into some of the metal.
Now since all this is getting done i now must consider what i am gonna do paint wise. I gotta say i am fucking sick of white (the whole car), simply to boring for a mustang. I am not gonna do it red, cause there are way to many red mustangs like my parents 67 convertable. I am going along the lines of a Cobalt Blue or indigo blue, also jumping around the idea of putting on white racing stripes, this is still very open stuff i need to look at more mustangs painted to really decide what color looks good.

This is an indigo blue (think it would look good with or without white racing stripes?) (i like the rims these are the ones i will probably end up buying)
