<div style='font: 9pt ; text-align: left; '>Kill everybody.

Humans create laws and the crime that follows.

Kill all humans.

No more humans left to create laws and crime.

Ergo, no more crime.

See, it's perfect! :)</div>

<div style='font: 12pt "Cooper Black"; text-align: left; '>It doesnt work and treats prisoners too kindly for the stuff they did. All criminals have to do is scream insanity and suddenly they get cozy rooms and medical care instead of what they deserve. Shortly after they get let out when they are "fixed" only to end up commiting the same crime. Why do people get second chances when they are too stupid to see the consequences of what will happen while they do it the first time? Just doesnt make sense.</div>

<div style='font: 12pt "Cooper Black"; text-align: left; '><b>Link:</b> <a href="http://www.ojp.usdoj.gov/bjs/pandp.htm">some prison stats</a>

"42% of State parole discharges in 1999 successfully completed their term of supervision, relatively unchanged since 1990. 43% were returned to jail or prison, and 10% absconded."

I dont care how you look at it, 43% back in jail is a terrible %. If it was around 15% then i might think the parole/rehabilitate system works. Notice how more went back into jail then completed their parole (43vs42). Not to mention the 10% that hid/ran away and are probably doing more illegal stuff as we speak.</div>

<div style='font: 10pt verdana; text-align: left; padding: 0% 10% 0% 10%; '>Which also means that 47% did not return. Unless you want every offense to have life imprisonment, you have to release people eventually.</div>

<div style='font: 12pt "Cooper Black"; text-align: left; '>and second, i used insanity as an example because i was pissed that that bitch of a mother who killed her 5 kids will go to a mental hospital instead of dying like she deserves. It was announced a few days ago.</div>

<div style='font: 10pt verdana; text-align: left; padding: 0% 10% 0% 10%; '>Also notice that "60% returned following a technical violation of release conditions, 30% following a conviction for a new offense, and 10% for other violations." (<a href=http://www.ojp.usdoj.gov/bjs/abstract/o ... doj.gov</a>)

Yeah, there's problems. Yeah, there are repeat offenders. Yeah, it's a problem. But your characterization that rehabilitation is a "scam," doesn't work and treats prisoners too kindly is a huge jump from these statistics.</div>
