If corporations are people, these wouldn't be allowed to vote; all five just pled guilty to felony interest rate manipulation during LIBOR.

If felons can't vote in some states then are these banks banned from lobbying now? No?

We'd have to lobby to make that happen, ironically. But yes, it's a great idea.
