I used to think I had a good grasp of the subtleties of C++. Then I read this.

I understand the <i>use</i> of all of the functional stuff, and I also understand some of the implementation, but some of the implementation I just can't parse. The definition of <code>Map</code> on page 5, top of second column is beyond me at the moment. I know what they're doing, but for most of it, I can't look at it and say "I know what the implications of that are."</div>
