<div style='font: 11pt "Fine Hand"; text-align: left; '>From Kodak's lottery-like contest rules in America

<i>6. PRIZE AWARDING: Prizes will be awarded only upon winner verification and final approval. <b>If any potential winner is a Canadian resident, prior to the award of the prize, winner must correctly answer a mathematical skill question in 5 minutes without human, electronic or mechanical aid.</b> No prize substitution, cash equivalent of prizes, transfer or assignment of prize permitted, except by Sponsor in its sole discretion, due to prize unavailability for any reason, and only then for a prize of equal or greater value. Potential winning entrants will receive prize notification via electronic mail, United States or Canadian Postal Mail and/or overnight mail. The notification will request that the winner confirm to RealTime Media their Address, City, State or Province, ZIP Code and Phone Number. Potential winner will have ten (10) day</i>

So that the mathematical question turns "lottery" games into a skill game.</div>

<div style='font: 12pt ; text-align: left; '>No, I forget the exact ruling but the question is usually like (4x5 / 2) or something simple anyway. Besides, we don't tax 50% of the winnings, you keep it all</div>

<div style='font: 12pt ; text-align: left; '>It's a simple math question that just has to be there as a stipulation for whatever reason. The lottery and Gambling is legal accross Canada.</div>

<div style='font: 9pt ; text-align: left; '>One of the requirements is you answer a skill testing question for no good reason. Usually, they're jokes</div>

<div style='font: 12pt ; text-align: left; '>They're usually so easy that everyone can answer them. Normally they're only put on free lotteries and such, if they're the type you pay for, then there is no question (though I am not 100% sure because I'm not stupid enough to gamble unless I am certain to win)</div>

<div style='font: 11pt "Fine Hand"; text-align: left; '>May as well call it "Great Quotations from Shriner Sine". The classic "If she has a butch hair cut, she's a dyke" and "If you wear a skull cap, he's a thug." are a shoe-in for shame. =8^D</div>
