Gee, I guess I'd want to know, although the thought of looters, and people driving around doing drive-bys for fun would kinda work my nerves.

I'd build a self sustaining city on the bottom of the ocean, bring 2000 physically perfect human beings with no unhealthy genetic defects, and then begin a new and perfect human race....
