<div style='font: 9pt ; text-align: left; '>A technicality. Apparently, not only are your responsible for your advertiser content, but also liable to the laws of any country that chooses to prosecute you (Mod chips aren't illegal in many country's). Stupid.</div>

<div style='font: 11pt Dominion; text-align: left; '>"by illegally importing, marketing, and selling" mod chips in the US. It SAYS there that he had them imported; doesn't make it any less illegal. Read the freakin site before you call my stupid, dumbass</div>

<div style='font: 9pt ; text-align: left; '>And I had been aware of the situation long before you posted that dumbass...in fact, I was there posting on the isonews forum before mand, fro or virus even fucking let the rest of us know wtf was going on. Isonews is also still up (IP 66.something), the only difference now is that it's dns is jacked.
And as far as I 'know', he didn't import shit. By way of utilizing that advertiser on his site, that made him a CO-CONSPIRATOR on a TECHNICALITY.
Apparently, the only one who needs a fucking lesson in reading is you, stupid ; )

<div style='font: 11pt Dominion; text-align: left; '>uhm, no. Even now by looking at that post it definitely looks like you called Me stupid. To say the situation was one would say "It's stupid". And the website as well as Kupek's link both say he imported mod's and sold them</div>

And Tess, in informal english, sentences without an included Subject are automatically assumed linked to the immediately preceding subject (in this case, the technicality).
Further, k8 was only busted because he used his domain to !facilitate! the sale of mod chips (ie; the off-site advertiser). Now there is some debate to whether or not he off-saled some of the enigma chips when they were first released (while ago), so maybe that caught up with him...I dunno, he ain't talking.
Regardless, this is just an excuse to hit a site that they couldn't shut down due to it's warez information-only content.
