Ticketfly, Ticketmaster, StubHub, etc

Just out of principle, tickets prices should be required by law to be advertised with the fees included.

When i see a concert for $15 a ticket, get 2, and end up paying $48.. it always puts me in a rage! In spite the fact that I expect it. The venue's main website should call those $24 tickets, not $15, because the raping afterwards is always there.

/rant, go fuck yourself Ticketfly. Its the only industry that charges a 60% (in this instance) 'fee' markup.

So I've not come out and said this prior for fear of being chased with torches and pitchforks, but I do work at Ticketmaster.

Ticketmaster finally has the fees listed when you hit one of the drop downs for tickets so it isn't a shock at the end.

I guess its just Ticketfly that doesnt add the fees, because StubHub does for sport games, too, i've noticed.

The only thing about Ticketmaster that annoys me is that for the big events, i never get a ticket. Never. They sell out in milliseconds and then 100's of those tickets immediately pop up on StubHub for double the price. I def am not against accusing TM of granting preferential treatment to flippers or maybe there is a deal with StubHub in place for this to happen? Either way, its bullshit that i can never get a ticket for something good at the list price and instead have to pay some inflated StubHub price.

Don't worry, Anarky, it's not like they're the RIAA or something (cheap shot) :D
