For me, not much has changed after the trailer. I need Abrahms to prove he can overcome himself and not disappoint me like he has with every other project he's done aside from Mission Impossible 3

It occurs to me that there's nothing on trade negotiations in the trailer. This is going to be a train wreck.

For you guys who might care: Conan's entire show on the 17th is dedicated to The Force Awakens. If you haven't seen these episodes of his show in the past, he brings out the cast in 3 segments (usually starting with the stars and/or director first, so likely JJ and Harrison to start) to eventually have them all out there at once. No other guests, no bands, nothing. The entire episode is dedicated to the one show or movie. I've seen his Sons of Anarchy and Orange is the New Black ones in the past, it's a neat way of doing the talk show

Yeah something like five maybe ten episodes a year he gets to play with the format of talk shows and it's always better. It's one of the bigger reasons he went to TBS is that they would allow him to do things like this. He also did an episode where fans recreated an entire episode and certain 5-10 second parts of it were done by people like Tina Faye - it was god damned great television. He has also done entire episodes in Cuba and Armenia and those episodes are up there with some of his best. I don't recall him doing it this year but in the past he has taken the show to be done live in other cities like Atlanta and New York.

I'm two minutes into the Conan episode and its already made me laugh out loud twice so, yeah, probably worth a view.
Looks like I'm seeing it on Wednesday. Which is good - I've accidentally clicked the spoilers thread here twice and last time I accidentally read half a sentence, luckily it was along the lines of "the only bad thing was..." I think.
