Grand Blue

Found something new(ish) that's worth reading. Grand Blue is about Iori, a college freshman who spends most of his time getting drunk with his bros and then strip naked. He joins the scuba club which is based at the Grand Blue scuba shop where his beautiful cousins work at for reasons that's got nothing to do with picking up girls, even though there are more girls in the scuba club (4) than his entire college class (3). You got the older sister Nanaka, who is only interested in her little sister. You got the younger sister Chisa, who totally hates Iori but is a scuba fanatic so she barely puts up with Iori's existence. You got Azusa the wild girl who thought Iori is gay. Finally you got the newcomer Aina who has a crush on Iori and is generally very confused why almost everyone in the scuba club is drunk and/or naked. The manga actually has very little to do with scuba, other than that whenever Chisa talks about her love for scuba it creates the illusion that she's making a confession of love. Mostly it's about Iori getting drunk and how sad it is to not have a girlfriend because all your bros will immediately backstab you if you ever got close to one. It's very funny and the time they're actually doing scuba diving and talk about how great the ocean is turns out to be quite heartwarming too.
Other noteworthy stuff:
HXH - Brought back the big guns for Hisoka and Kuroro, though Kuroro's special abilities seem a lot less useful than his killer poison knife that can incapacitate basically anyone not immune to poison, which is a very rare trait in HXH unlike most manga.
Himouto Umaru-chan - Getting tired of Hikari. I mean, fighting over someone's big brother is kind of shameless in itself, and her role seems to be 100% redundant with Umaru. Not to mention the story makes it quite clear in an unambigious way that Taihei is supposed to end up with Ebina. Right now it's almost as if Akiba girl Ebina, the side story, is picking up where the original left off of. The main story probably should've ended at around volume 7 when Umaru was going to tell her friends that she's really Komaru/UMR and that'd be that. The whole thing dragging on about Umaru's identity and now Hikari showing up from nowhere just seems to be prolonging the story for no reason.
The Hero fell into my spike trap and died (seriously, that's the title) - Just like the title says, the hero fell in a trap dug by the main character and died so he has to take over. Basically about how to defeat all your enemies by digging more traps and random amount of fan service.
My SR equipped girlfriend - Some guy is playing a mobile game where the events played out in real life but you still got to buy the P2W stuff to have a chance or you die horribly in real life. A lot of pointless fan service but it's pretty funny with the whole idea of where you got to keep on buy new stuff to keep your heroine alive in real life. The level 860 super whale mysterious friend who turns out to be the valedictorian girl of the class is super cliché but still funny at the same time.
