I saw an article about this court case in the paper here a week or two ago but the actual transcript read here is fucking insane. The first time I watched this video I was all "Oh, man! This other thing just happened here they should have done that instead" and it wasn't until I'd nearly made it through to the end that I'd realized it was the same thing lol.
