The Shrine

I'm watching this now and I'm really enjoying it. I used to love the show back when it was on Comedy Central in the 90s. Totally new cast with Joel Hodgson (original show creator) as producer. The humor has been updated and is a little more focused & fast-paced that the original run (which is nice). The cut scenes are still gloriously "shitty" (as Joel Hodgson said).

I was semi-uninterested in this but the massive amount of hours P5 takes had me interested in watching something on my secondary monitor and this seemed like a viable option. I was pleasantly surprised. I finished the last movie last night and I would say the majority of the episodes were quite good. They got the formula right. I'm somewhat familiar with Jonah Rae and while I usually like him I wasn't all that interested in something that he, specifically, was carrying. He proved me wrong! Good shit.
