I wonder if this means there won't be any more movies by Square.</div>

The movie is good in the sense that it - along with Tomb Raider's success - should hopefully pave the way for movie game-based movies, but this time, actually bring respectable production teams. Imagine an MGS film with Steven Soderburg (Traffic) directing....</div>

<div style='font: 14pt Plakatbau; text-align: left; '>I don't think you can say that exactly, especially when you have movies like 'Cats & Dogs' (for kids, but I know there was a fair share of childless adults) occupying #1 for 2 weeks straight.</div>

<div style='font: 14pt Plakatbau; text-align: left; '>Gonna need to get a bit more specific term than 'hokey', because many live-action films fit that bill, with a less complex yet equally moral ending/purpose. But I see what you mean, regardless.</div>
