FF TSWI DVD....

<div style='font: 10pt Arial; text-align: left; '>I watched this last night all the way through cause I was bored. First off it's a two disc set. The first disc is your basic movie with a couple of outdated trailers and a trailer for FFX. I really can't comment on the sound quality because my computer has this really bad habit of making silences in the film sound like a bad MP3 encoding job. I'm using PowerDVD and so is a friend of mine with a SB Live 5.1 and his does it also. The picture quality looks perfect though! I have to say it looks excellent, better than it did in the theaters.
On to the special edition second disc. Pop it in and you think it's a DVD menu, but where is the alternate opening??? Oh wait, why the fuck does it want me to install quicktime? This is stupid! Then I realize PowerDVD hasn't started up, ok, turn on PowerDVD, there we go! The alternate intro is ok, it doesn't look that great compared to the finished film. There were some cool camera shots though of when Aki gets out of her chair in the beginning, they gave you a First Person Perspective of what it was like, it looked really cool. I have to say the funny outtakes would have been better if they had been completed like in some other CGI films, but some were just stupid but funny.
Didn't get to any of the commentary or anything, but you can watch this movie in French also. Anyway, that's what I thought about it.</div>
