Seems like all we get is way overpriced games that look slightly more advanecd than SNES era games on the mobile platforms.

Tablet and smartphones I can understand, but browsers? I mean, sure, it's going to be a universal medium, but that mean you have to develop on a universal language like Flash or Java. Yuck. You might as well release it on Newgrounds or something.
