I remember the box for the TIE Fighter expansion was Admiraal Zaarin with a caption "Soon the Emperor will have nothing but his pathetic Force to use against us" and the caption below him says "Admiral Zaarin has underestimated the power of the Dark Side of the Force"

Back when games still came out on diskettes (probably spelled that one wrong).

The genre is starting to make a comeback too. Particularly starting with X3: Terran Conflict, and the upcoming Star Citizen.
