<div style='font: bold 12pt "Comic Sans MS", Modern; text-align: left; '>K, I'm having a few problems. I dunno if it's because I get a little impatient or what. first off, how do you regenerate actual forests? In the places all the big trees were there are smaller ones now, but the little shits wont grow. Then there's the actual dense forest, that when you click to drag a tree away, the whole thing shrinks. Do these regenrate? Im at a dire shortage of wood, and casting forest is a major pain in the ass since all my people rush tyhe forest, level it to the ground, with very little wood to show for it. And what the hell is the max pop for each vilage? My little bastards keep multiplying after I had them at a satisfactory size, I just cant seem to find the breeders that are multiplying like rats in my huge crowds. And the whole moster thing Im finding confusing. What the hell do I have to do to make it grow more? Right now Im on Land 3 where the monster gets kidnapped, so I havent had much chance to screw around with him lately. Any suggestions? Ive been on this stage for a while, and my people wont stop whining. I need wood for new houses and fields, basically, because they're whining for food too.... god damn :p</div>

<div style='font: 9pt Modern; text-align: left; '>It's a balance thing. If you heap up on the food, they have more children. If you build lot's of homes, they demand more food.

Unfornately, I can't give you a lot of tips...I'm play evil. Overpopulation? Just grab a few children and sacrifice 'em. Need more homes? Allow me to crush a few down ; )

As for trees....water them.

>> And the whole moster thing Im finding confusing.

Ask me specific questions.

>> What the hell do I have to do to make it grow more?

Based on game time/Pen time.

>> Right now Im on Land 3 where the monster gets kidnapped, so I havent had much chance to screw around with him lately. Any suggestions?

Yes revert to Level 1 & 2(by going to an earlier save...don't worry, your creature remains the same). Level 3 is tedious and no fun. Level 4 is a speed rush. Level 5 contains a bug that ruins your creature.

Level one was ok(save the unskippable tutorial), Level two was the best...if it remained on that path, B&W easily could've been one of the best games. *sigh*
Most players begin their dislike of BW starting at level 3...hopefully they patch.

I'm sure they will...and then they'll be adding "The Gathering"...that should rekindle my interest.

<div style='font: bold 12pt "Comic Sans MS", Modern; text-align: left; '>I always run out of wood. Still. I water and everything, but the little bastards clear cut any wood I make available to them, so it doesn't last long. And Im getting frustrated with my first town in Land 2 (yea, I went back). They want civic buildings (I already made a Ceche, so Im assuming they want a graveyard) but even with 3 scaffolds, it wont give me the option. Bah, and I can NEVER get to food flag to go away. They have plenty of food al lthe time, no risk of running out, and all they bitch for is food. It's frustrating as hell. But Im still having fun :) My monster's learned heal, food, rain and fireball :) Nicely rounded out, hehe. And one more thing. If Im evil right now, can I just keep acting good and eventually Ill be good again? I notice the spires on my temple sinking towards the ground again, but I can't seem to keep it up for long.</div>
