<div style='font: 12pt Modern; text-align: left; '>At the moment there are only essentially two choices, PS2 or XBox (Gamecube just got delayed to November or something, I wouldn't be surprised if it gets delayed some more). If you go on PS2 it means you've to compete with some pretty heavy weight fighters, like the Capcom line of stuff, Tekken Tag, and the Bouncer. It's pretty clear that the software competition on PS2 will be ferocious, seeing that they're going to show like 500 PS2 games or something in the next gaming convention. Rather being a newcomer against what will inevitably be a platform heavily entrenched in fighting games, they decide to be the first in a relatively new platform. That way their game will get on the shelves before the ports do, and assuming XBox doesn't totally flop, it may very well be more profitable than fighting in the PS2 market.</div>
