My bet is the 5th character will be Batsu from Rival Schools. Although I'm just randomly speculating.Capcom announced at the Street Fighter panel at EVO 2013 that five new characters and six new stages are going to make it into the next Super Street Fighter IV: Arcade Edition 2012 update.
The new characters are the four from Street Fighter x Tekken: Rolento, Elena, Hugo and Poison. The fifth character is a brand new one that has never been seen in a Street Fighter game before, which does not exclude the possibility of it being from another Capcom franchise.
This is a DLC download which will cost 15$, or 40$ as a direct digital download of the whole game. The release date is unknown. The DLC will work with both Super Street Fighter 4 and Super Street Fighter 4: Arcade Edition.
