On topic: Square lost the plot years ago. Everything they do now is just...odd.

I can understand if the person doing the let's play is good looking but that's usually not the case. I know I wouldn't want to watch myself playing any game let alone someone else.

Bottom line, that drunk guy interrupting the video for absolutely no reason is just one big massive annoyance. I am sorry if you are a fan Eric! =D

On a side note that actually gets back to topic, I've been replaying through FF7 for the past couple of months, and enjoying it a great deal - and it wasn't even that long ago since my last replay, maybe 3 years or so. The longer Square goes without a remake of FF7, or any of the other FFs, the less I actually care about them doing it. The current Square remaking FF7 would probably result in something widely regarded as sacrilege. I am sure there would be some aspects of the game that would shine, kind of like the Turks in Advent Children, but for the most part it will probably just be annoying changes and bad art direction; again, kind of like Advent Children.

I thought their greatest troll was when they registered Chrono Break, sat on it for ten years or so, shat on Sakaguchi when he tried to get reinvolved, yelled at us all for not buying enough Chrono remakes to justify production on the sequel, and then dropped it.
