Dammit, it's preinstalled, not a download code.
Although that may be Europe only, I think the one for North America don't come with jack, it's just the system

And why the hell aren't people shitting all over Nintendo for not including a charger with the New 3DS? I mean, seriously, you have to pay more money just to charge the fucking system you just bought? Fuck them!
