Best game or Greatest game? I'm still trying to decide.
I only see that Oracle has this game, but if anyone has any questions about it - I WOULD BE VERY HAPPY TO TRY TO ANSWER THEM.

I saw it on the EShop a around a year ago, it caught my attention, but let it slide because I hadn't heard anything else about it and I was playing through the Dragon Quest games at the time, I believe.
I take it I should buy it then?

I think that the WiiU is a cool place to put the game. It's currently only available on PC.
The build phase, where you construct your vessel, seems like it would be very troublesome with a conventional controller. It would be really neat to use touch controls, though. Even using a mouse there is a lot left to be desired in the build interface. Merging craft (to attach a payload from one file into your lifter vehicle in another) is awful, sometimes parts just don't connect and you have parts falling off your vehicle, and just lots of little things add a lot of complication to an already complex game.
It's pretty much a simplified physics simulator for building rockets and payloads. But that is really simplifying things and selling it short. This game is about starting from building and launching a rocket that doesn't fall apart and explode immediately and then eventually launching your 2 stage lifter into orbit, performing an orbital rendezvous with a satellite, docking with it and then transporting it to another planet's orbit where you add it to your spacestation orbiting that planet. And that was a mission that I just finished doing. I've logged 127 hours into this game and it keeps pulling me back.
When I started setting goals and achieving them, it felt so awesome. Landing safely -> achieving orbit -> landing on the moon -> performing an orbital rendezvous -> constructing a spacestation. It's a cool game.
