Went to Best Buy today, PSO was sold out

Mysteriously, some copies of Skies of Arcadia resurfaced at the DC section. In fact there's more copies of Skies there today than when I checked yesterday, and a copy of Grandia 2 appeared from nowhere even though it wasn't even listed on the DC section. I decided against getting it since I've a lot of work to do tomorrow (well, not really, but I won't get home until midnight once I leave for college again at 4pm).
A curiousity for those with PSO, is there a level difficulty setting, and if so, I'd assume it's like that of Diablo 2 where everything is just bumped harder?</div>
