When are we gonna get that Final Fantasy(or any other RPG for that matter) where characters do hella more between attacks instead of standing in one spot, attacking from that one spot, and then returning to the same spot.

Beyond a single player action system, or online team battle, I don't think there's a solution to make a truly dynamic single player team battle RPG. At least not with a menu system like in a Final Fantasy game...a Vagrant Story type system might work but switching between characters just to move one out of harms way could get extremely confusing and not be fun. The reason the system hasn't really changed or moved to real-time is because it works, and there really is no way to change it in a major fashion and not have it be a big mess...if someone has a solution, I'd love to hear it...Baldur's Gate is close, but it's still basically the same...it'd be even harder on a console with no hotkeys...it'd mean extreme simplification or mass confusion...I like things the way they are...if I didn't I'd have given up long before this...</div>
