  • Ace Attorney: Dual Destinies Release date

  • Because playing them is not enough, we have to bitch about them daily, too. We had a Gameplay forum, but it got replaced by GameFAQs.

That's what they said about Ducktales Remastered. I'm gonna wait it out, I give it 50-50 that it'll be released on a cart

Difference is Ducktales Remastered sold a duckton(see what I did there).

The Ace Attorney series typically does not sell well here, it's a niche title with a small audience, Capcom is putting very little money into releasing it here. So I doubt they'd invest in the manufacturing costs. Ducktales proved itself, I can almost guarantee Dual Destinies won't break 100k-150k sales especially with no physical release. Hell I think it only moved 330k in Japan, and that's handheld land.

I've been putting off playing the demo for a bit due to being busy and Rune Factory 4, and I have a wedding to go to this weekend. I will have some thoughts soon... On my initial peak into it, it looks like a large advancement over the others presentation-wise, while being very true to the style of the DS versions. The music was also very good.

The picture reminds me of how in Japanese detective manga where guys who are on the verge of death always have time to setup elaborate puzzles as they're dying.
