Looks like a great concept. Bulger was one of the true scumbags of the world in that period - playing both the mob and the police, a mob drug dealer and a FBI informant both...I knew someone from a fucked up neighborhood in South Boston who claimed he used to watch Bulger meet the FBI out his window as a child, saw no reason to doubt him...
