What do people think about realtors who perform illegal or unethical evictions and then sell moneypit/code-violation houses at a usurious markup? What can the world do about this pressing issue?

In the most extreme cases, realtors literally "renovict" illegally, putting minority tenants or tenants with disabilities out in the streets - "finish" the new home behind an expensive-looking but cheap veneer - hide deathtrap piping and wiring behind the walls at lowest-bidder costs - sell the home to a new, unsuspecting tenant - then the city bankrupts the new tenant via code violations which are the builder's fault as the real estate company hides behind lawyers and waits for the property to become available again.

I really don't know how some people guilty of these kinds of abuses against humanity sleep at night.
