Need MGS help...

Now, I do this and it says that I've activated the launch sequence, it plays a cut scene, the doors in the control room lock and I'm dead. I've tried a bunch of stuff to prevent this, but nothing is working. Any help? None of the walkthroughs I've read say anything about what I'm experiencing. They all just say, put the 3rd key in, then you fight Rex...</div>
