<div style='font: 12pt Modern; text-align: left; '>Alright, here is how everything is layed out:

100X100, Continents, (Temperature, and everything on the average settings)

The main continent is round, with a large inland sea in the middle that is cut off from the main Ocean. The Continent is separated into 4 main area's: the upper area, which I completely own; the Central area, I also own this completely, conquered from the Chinese and some was owned by the English which I also conquered; the South Western hook, owned completely by the Indians, however there's a part that comes out and around like a hook forming a very large sea, the area on the hook is fairly skinny and empty (well, unexplored by me so far, but I see no costal cities of any sort), the hook stretches from the bottom quarter of the map, to the top quarter of it, so it's pretty big;

Last, and the biggest part by far, bigger than the other three area's combined, is the Eastern part of the continent, Which is half owned by the Celts, there is a border that is defended with Fortresses all along the upper part of this area cutting the Celts off from the West for trade and for expansion. To the East of the Celts is the even larger civilization of Aztecs, they have the biggest cities of anyone, in the South, the English used to rule, those cities are all owned by me now, so it's fairly empty down there except for scattered cities that I conquered. There's a Sea that comes up and separates the lower-East from the South-West and the Central area of the Continent. Also, there is a few fairly large Islands in the Southern sea which I conquered from the English. On the South side of the Inland sea, I left undefended (because it's all been claimed and there are no real threats of expansion in this area), aside from the tanks and Bombers that I have in the border cities, trade passes through here mainly from the Celts, also plenty of Caravans going out from the Indians and myself. If war ever broke out, I would have a huge force ready on two fronts to conquer the Celts, I also have a huge Army in the South that I can invade North with. Note, my Southern forces are cut off from my forces in the Central and Northern Continent, as I invaded the main area controlled by the English by Sea.

On the other side of the World is a fairly large Continent that is completely owned by the Isolated civilization of the Japanese. Being Isolated means they have no allies which makes them a very logical target for me to invade, so I'm moving tons of Units into the South-Eastern side of the main continent which is closest to Japan. I'm moving them by boat from my main area of my Empire, they get into the X-English Territory, and take the railroads and roads to the far Eastern end. I will have 5 transports ready, along with about a dozen (likely 2 dozen or more) Cruisers and Destroyers with a handful of Battleships (and about 6 subs) to invade. I'm hoping to have some Carriers too, but I just invented Advanced flight and I didn't think ahead.

I kind of have the feeling that I'm going to be jumped by the Celts and Aztecs, they both have an alliance against me, and they both hate me. the Indians are also allied with the Celts, but I have good relations with them at this time. The Japanese I bearly know, they're catching up in Technology with the rest of the World and they are as big as me in size, which could be dangerous. Their Navy is no where near that of mine, yet, so I think it would be best in invade now. I'm going to invade from the South.</div>

<div style='font: 12pt Modern; text-align: left; '>Well, I (Vikings) went through with my Invasion of Japan. I started out by smashing their fleet and seizing a few Costal cities. Then I landed my forces and with much loss I managed to conquer 8 cities in the Southern area of Japan, they still haven't built many railroads. Their War Technology is almost caught up to mine. Luckily, they haven't yet built much in the way of a fleet, and that is where I beat them.

Also, the Celts surprised attacked me in the North along the border. I don't know if they were surprised or not when I took 5 cities on the first turn of the war =) Two in the South and 3 in the North. I moved all my forces along the border, I was prepared for this eventuality. The Celts should be easy to conquer now. The Japanese on the otherhand managed to fight me to a standstill, and because the war with the Celts, and eventually their allies requires the attention of most of my non-Japanese cities, that leaves them closed for reinforcements, except from a few English cities on the Southern Islands that I will be shipping troops out of, no where near enough to fight a war with a civilization the size of Japan (who still has about 40 cities I'm estimating, I've taken 8 of them).

Possibly next time I play, I'll sign a peace treaty or cease Fire with Japan, finish up my war with the Celts, and then renew the war with the Japanese. Although, that's not usually my style, usually I try to finish off Civilizations when I war them, except in rare cases during the early portions of the game where trade with them will benefit me more than war. I have a few bombers in Japan, however, they have bombers too, the Celts had Bombers, I forgot to mention I shot them all down. The Celts I'm estimating have 15-20 cities left, and are still quite powerful, but have a strategic disadvantage unless they get the Aztecs to fight me, then I'll be at a strategic disadvantage.

The Aztecs border my southern cities and could take them easily with their forces, they could also halt my offensive on the Southern side of the Inland Sea, they have a stronger Airforce than me (I have 11 bombers, a few in Japan, they have about 25 by my estimates, the Celts only had 4, and the Japanese have 2 right now). Also right now, there is still an unsettled gap between me and the Indians, and I've stopped trade, they have bombers, Howitzers, and everything, I can't judge their power really, but India is still friendly with my Civilization for now. I think I'm up to about 90 cities at the moment, 40,000,000 in population. I have the rank of Conqueror with 1346 points.</div>

<div style='font: 12pt Modern; text-align: left; '>Chieftan getting Tank technology before 1000 AD: is expand like hell and build as many tech buildings as possible and follow up by constructing Caravans (they benefit your science income too) and marketplaces when needed (you need cash). I think I could do it =)

As far as Government type, I always use Communism the moment I get it until I have discovered all technologies (then I use Fundamentalism), the only downfall is the economy. A large Empire can run on Republic, Democracy, Comunism, and Fundamentalism, Communism has the economy of a Monarchy (which is bad when you have a ton of production buildings), the other three are all better, I'd say Democracy is the best, Democracy just sucks for military.</div>
