<div style='font: 11pt "EngraversGothic BT", "Copperplate Gothic Light", Modern; text-align: left; '>Yes, Napster was made to trade MP3s, but you sound like MP3 is an illegal format or something. It's simply an encoding for sound waves. Napster is simply a method of trading these MP3s. The content of them can be legal or illegal. The responibility of this is the person trading them, not the device that help it out.</div>

<div style='font: 11pt "EngraversGothic BT", "Copperplate Gothic Light", Modern; text-align: left; '>Jesus! Blame the right goddamn people! We don't sue Netscape because people get warez for their browsers. We don't sue Hotline because it's mostly used to trade warez. What about people with FTP servers? The sole purpose is to trade files, right? Most of them are warez, right? Let's sue those companies, too. It's not the client's responsibility to regulate the content of the files being transferred; it's the people trading the files.</div>
