Bullshit, it's widely known on the Internet. Look at it's Wiki entry-- but I got it from the blurb on Fileplanet's front page before I downloaded it:

"I Am Legend - Theatrical Trailer
Robert Neville is the last man alive. He busies himself with preparing for nightly attacks from the rest of the world - all of which are vampires."

So spoiler it is not, not my fault the trailer is more a teaser.

I found out when I looked it up on IMDB - it was in the movie description. This is the sort of thing you'd find out by reading the back of a book.
