Yes, this was fast, 6 chapters in 2 episodes, but then it was a special.

The normal anime however is still doing 1 chapter per episode.

Even if it is, it doesn't feel like it's dragging like it did during the opening Gaara arc.

I've been much more than content with the pace of the non-filler of Shippuuden ever since the Gaara-Sasori arc was over. Even if there is filler and when they were only doing one chapter per ep, it never felt like it. It feels like old Naruto again.
