I'm not advocating dropping milk at all. It's just from my experience. Here's one guy you might enjoy reading.</div>

Once I switched to soy and rice milk, the only time I got sinus problems was during the allergy season. And even that is nothing like I used to experience. I still put half n half in my coffee, though. Hmmmm.....</div>
